"Giving Each Gymnast An Opportunity"

Welcome to Bridge Park Gymnastics Club. Established in 2009, we are a GymMark accredited gymnastics club in the London Boroughs of Brent and Westminster. BPGC provides a range of different classes for gymnasts depending on their age and ability. With classes for four year olds discovering spacial awareness, right up to gymnasts representing the borough in regional competitions, we offer something for everyone.
We aim to give everyone the opportunity to take part in gymnastics in a safe environment with professionally qualified coaches.

Recreational Gymnastics Classes

For school aged children we offer Recreational Gymnastics for both girls and boys. These classes range from one hour beginners classes, two hour intermediate classes to more advanced two hour classes. Classes are allocated based on age and ability.

Gymnasts learn skills on all the apparatus, developing co-ordination, balance stamina and flexibility. They are encouraged to work towards completing the British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards, achieving badges and certificates. Every year we hold our annual club championships to allow the gymnasts to display the skills they have learned.

These classes run from 6pm-8pm Wednesdays and from 10am – 12pm on Saturdays and 10am-12pm on Sundays. Recreational Classes get booked up extremely quickly and places are offered on a first come first served basis. If classes are full, you will be offered a place on our waiting list.

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Classes

We offer women’s artistic squad sessions. We have a development programme, which caters for gymnasts aged 6 years and up. Our women’s artistic gymnasts train on all four apparatus and compete at county and regional competitions.

Gymnasts for these squads are selected by experienced coaches following an initial trial. The gymnasts are chosen because they demonstrate natural physical requirements and potential. Gymnastics is a demanding sport and squad members and their families need to realise that entry into a squad requires enormous commitment. In order to be successful a squad gymnast will need to attend regularly, be committed to their training programme and develop a high level of self-discipline.
