Your Party With Bridge Park Gymnastics Club
We guarantee a memorable day with exclusive use of our fantastic Gym. The Parties consist of an hour in the gym and an hour in the party room. The hour in the gym will be with our trained coaches who will organise, entertain, supervise and instruct the children on all the apparatus, including: fast track trampoline, air track and our foam filled pit. Our coaches are experts at keeping the children engaged, safe, and challenged regardless of their gymnastics experience, with fun and laughter filling the gym! Parents, relatives and friends can watch the antics unfold from the viewing window above!
On arrival, you can expect a meet, greet, and induction chat from our Coaches/Party Host. They will introduce themselves to the children and explain what they will be doing, along with the rules. This is very important as safety is paramount.
At the end of their gym time, the children will go to our Party Room in the Cafeteria for a 60 minute tea party. This will consist of A drink and sandwich of choice freshly made by the catering team in the cafeteria, alongside a cold buffet, with juices and a variety of sweet and savoury snacks.
Parties are available on Saturdays at 3:00-5:00pm.

Pre-School Parties – 3-5 Years Old (Children Turning 4 and 5 Years Old)
Our pre-school parties offer structure with a ‘free play’ element, giving children time to explore the gym at their own pace. Within these parties, one parent is required to accompany their child at all times unless they are willing to participate fully alone. For babies who wish to attend the party and are toddling around, toys can be put out and these children are welcome to explore the gym with an adult rather than joining in the structured part of the session.
Structured Parties – Over 5 Years Old (Children turning 5 years old and above)
Our fully structured parties give children the whole party experience along with all the challenges that come with gymnastics. After a series of games and warm up activities, the children will be split into smaller groups and taken around the pieces of apparatus with our coaches, allowing them to either practice their favourite gymnastics skills or to try something completely new. Within these parties parents can watch the party from our viewing area upstairs.

Additional Party Information
Our parties are £595.00, which includes catering for up to 15 children. A deposit of 50% will be taken on booking to secure the slot. The remainder of the balance is to be paid before 2 weeks before the party.
- Party numbers to be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the party
- Larger parties can be catered for at an additional cost, with a maximum of 30 children
- Children must come appropriately dressed for an active session
- Parents must NOT participate within the session, only to support or gently play with children
- Cake is NOT provided by BPGC, you will need to bring your own.
*50% deposit will be taken to secure your party date

All guests and younger siblings/family members remain the responsibility of the parent/host and not BPGC staff.
Food and drink are not permitted in the gym. Please also ensure that all outdoor footwear is removed on entering the gym.
